Chapter Four

Pastoral Ministry and Divine Commission

Answering the call with unwavering obedience.

Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season...

2 Timothy 4:2

After leaving the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Zacchaeus joined the Redeemed Christian Church of God, where he received a pastoral mandate from God into ministry. He began as a student at the School of Deliverance at Christ the Redeemer's Ministries (CRM) in 1995. Due to his dedication and knack for thoroughness, he became a Deliverance Minister and lecturer, starting from the Ijaiye-Ojokoro campus.

This position provided him the opportunity to minister and collaborate with other wonderful men and women of God, including a regular feature at the late Pastor Stephen Akinola (an old and bosom friend) Wind & Fire conference in Port Harcourt, God's People Assembly (founded by his erstwhile principal at the school of deliverance), numerous pastors in RCCG parishes, and other households of faith.

Eventually, Zacchaeus embraced full-time ministry, walking fully in the commission the Lord had entrusted to him:

"Preach the full redemption message with emphasis on holiness and the hope of the Christian, with power demonstration."
